You will find these delicacies on sale at the markets held in July and August: in Arvieu on Wednesday mornings, Pont-de-Salars on Wednesdays around 17:00, Saint-Léons on Friday evenings, Salles-Curan on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, Villefranche-de-Panat on Friday and Sunday mornings, and in Cassagnes-Bégonhès on Friday mornings all year round. Monthly fairs are also held.
